This project introduces an AI-powered House Construction Planning system that helps users plan their dream home by analyzing their square feet, plot size, and budget. The platform suggests suitable house designs, materials, and estimated costs using ML algorithms integrated into a Django backend with a Flutter-based UI. Users can explore and book engineers by viewing their ratings, location, and portfolios. Admin manages users, engineers, view bookings through a secure dashboard. Engineers can upload portfolios, manage bookings, and interact with clients. The AI model recommends optimized designs and materials based on trained historical construction data. Testing ensures accuracy, usability, and performance. The system modernizes construction planning with automation, intelligent recommendations, and seamless user–engineer connectivity.
